Few recent workouts @ t/hall

Squats last week upto 140kg double then was supposed to be going 140 x6, easy 1st 2 reps then tried to go down far too quick & f**k up the whole thing! Nice negative with a MASSIVE bomb.

Garbage & needless lol! Prob 160kg best squat just now & think its gonna be a long road back till 4 plates again.

Deadlift this week.....
60 x4, 100 x4, 140 x2, 160 x2, 180 x2, 180 x2, 180 x2
Most reps Ive ever done in one session with 180kg, although its only doubles pleased with this. Next times either 3@180 or 4@180 if felling good.

Some 45kg dumbell rows, front squats only upto 100kg.

Plan to train sat & really need to keep log updated better..............

Axle, warm up & strict press upto 50kg then doubles @ 70kg & 80kg (split jerk on 80kg)

Log, fail fail fail lol. Getting a new log for the gym @ about 40kg so this should help get things moving! Log @ unit 80kg empty & just a little too much.
Did some cleans @ 100kg then done.

Tyre flips 4x320, 2x370 & brought out bigger tyre as told it was 420kg & wanted to try flip it. Easy flip & not a chance it's 420, prob about 350kg but is big & looks the part lol.

Will need to arrange getting the tyres on a local weigh bridge.

Stones run 90, 100, 112, 120, 130 fail (lapped but no power in hips by now)

Done & wrecked. Right achilles tight & swollen today so will give tyres a miss for a few weeks to let it recover. Maybe yoke next week instead..................

Need to get them on the weigh bridge tho cause dont think anyone really too sure about the middle 2, small one is 320 & big f**ker is 480 & crazy heavy. The other 2?????????

Pushpress 60 x6, 70 x4, 80 x2, 60 x8

Bench 60 x10, 70 x6, 70 x4, 60 x10

Dips, gunz.... DONE

Not much of a session but training today & had a few niggles recently so didnt want to push too hard. Pressing felt good for a change & 60kg strict felt comfy even tho its still my max....

Today @ T/hall

Deadlift, 60 x6, 100 x4, 140 x4, 180 x1

Planned to go 180 x3 but borrowed a gimp suit & fitted ok (a little too big) so decided to give 200kg a bash so went

200 x1, 210 x!? got it to knees but ran out of power

Although its suited the 200 flew off the floor & couldnt belive how easy it was.
Dont count till ive done it raw tho but fun anyway......

Axle upto 80kg, attempted 90kg but clean was ugly & f**ked by the time went for the press! Would of been a Pb so not too upset

100kg sandbag 10m & load onto platform couple of runs, not too bad but bit of messing around to get tech for putting onto shoulder.

270kg chain drag about 10/12m, 2 runs at this & almost died

Left it at that cause tendon feeling a bit tight & only just back after missing last week

Suit on but wrecked from 200 (raw tho this time) 220 xfail, 210 xfail

Squat in smith machine only upto 100kg double

Bench, 60 x6, 60 x6, 70 x4, 70 x4, 80 x2

Lat pull downs upto 95kg

Gunz & done

Please to the max, 200kg RAW deadlift been a long long time coming but glad it came before the year end, Last week in the suit must have given me the confidence needed to pull it. Always been a head f**k lol. Hope things can move up now deadlift starts with a 2.

Trained @ Fitness factor today as T/hall shut for a few weeks

Bench 60 x8, 70 x4, 80 x2, 70 x8, 60 x12

Hammer strength press machine unsure of Kg but great bit of kit hitting the shoulders & triceps 4 sets & loved it. Slight incline & reckon would be a good carry over for log.

Pullovers 30 x6, 30 x6, 35 x4 35 x4

Had a platform & 30kg log so tried log split jerk
30 x warm up, 60 x4, 70 x2 80 fail

Seated shoulder press for a couple of sets

Rear delts machine 4 sets

Gunz & done

Good to train in another gym & a selection of strongman gear available too so played with a frame carry & chain drag too. Enjoyable session, if not amazing

Deadlift 100 x4, 140 x4, 160 x2 thought about 180 but NO

Hammer strength reverse grip lat pull downs 4 sets but not sure of weights

Latpull downs 60 x6, 80 x6, 100 x4, 70 x6

Side delts 3 sets

Calfs 80 x6, 100 x6, 120 x6

Done. Bit scared of squats at the mo & not too sure why, depth not great but need to work back upto 4 plates & beyond.

Warm up bar x10, 50 x6, 70 x4, 80 x1, 90 x1PB
Attempted 95 but fail, not as far away as I thought either

Was going to do yoke @ 260 but pick up made my back fall apart so no chance

Stones 100, 112, 120, 130 couldnt even move off the floor.....

Left it at that as hamstrings wouldnt ease off & mental tight after squats still.

Not much volume but really happy with overhead PB & cleans best ive ever done! Split jerk working a treat too. Great to end the year with the 2 PB's Ive wanted the most as in 200kg deadlift raw & 90kg overhead. Better than any xmas prezzie lol. THANKU 2011 & massive thanks to Jnr for all his help, top man

Seated dumbell press, 20 x4, 25 x4, 30 x2

Hammer strength incline press, 6 sets, top set with 50kg each side for a double but tough to know true weight in hands

Dumbell pullovers 27.5 x6 x2, 35 x4

Happy bench is starting to go the correct way & wanting back to 100kg soon & 120kg by march, No pressure then lol
