what u do in training means f**k all broon! Therefore both drew & I are actually stronger than u cause the last comp says so. Stick that in your crackpipe & smoke it :-)

Rare events session @ IS Kirkcaldy

Dumbell press warm up upto 30k

Log cleans only upto 90k, 100 fail. Got to knees but no power for a hip drive

Farmers 70k x40m, 90k x40m

320k Tyre flip 5/6 times as singles only.

Watched Rottie & Cherry press the new 72k giant dumbell. Cherry in off the street with no warm up & jeans lol. Did 3 reps & said it will do for now but need to build a 90k one lol...................

Got vids of both but need to find phone cable to upload! Worth a watch for sure

Current
Squat 180, Bench 100, Deadlift 190, Push press 80, Front squat 130

Targets
Squat 220, Bench 120, Deadlift 230, Push press 105, Front squat 150

Think these are my main lifts for overall gains so will be working them hardest with plenty of assistance work.

Hope it's a good year & can give a good account of myself in any comps that come my way Grin

Thats a good question Drew. f**k knows is the answer.

Ill guess at squat 140, deadlift 160, bench 80 & prob 100 front squat but will have a go with a few tuesday & post it up. Won't be pretty lol

Not trained serious for about 3/4 mth so it's gonna be sore Angry

Then amend your post. Your current PBS are that and not your all time best PBS. Just seems a better way to start your yearto me
