slightly smaller bat Member 15, 304 posts SQ 135, BP 70, DL 147.5352.5 kgs @ 63kgs Eq | hay aaron been looking at your benching and problems with your shirt. I have heard others mention that with a shirt you can end up decapitating yourself. Is that all shirts or is it a matter of finding one that suits your style of benching? Impressive numbers though and solid consistent training Will you be doing the Equipped comp 9th dec?

Hasn't always been a bench press specialist Member 44, 1907 posts SQ 252.5, BP 220, DL 210682.5 kgs @ 83kgs Eq | It depends on the lifter, i have a tendency to let the bar drift over my face, with a the extra bit that the suit gives it moves faster over my face and i can't stop it. Other people like Martin Flett, Moz, jim who use the same shirt are fine. Talking about my bench shirt, i hear you are going equipped, if you need a shirt i can sell you my katana it is a size 38 and meant for a 67.5 or 75k lifter, i am buying a size 40 so i won't need it anymore and i can let you have it for a good price. Yes i am doing the equipped in december, are you?

Karen, get an F6, not a katana as your first shirt. Katana isn't forgiving enough for a newbie. I've given away a few, but I've nothing in your size unless you bulk up a bit. I gave one to Ian Shaw a few months ago - but don't tell everyone!
