Aaron, I don't think you're trying hard enough if you've squatted 250 in comp and 200x5 is a pb. I bet you can do 220x4-5.

I've done 245x5 straps down but my comp pb is currently only 275 (it was easy though).

Are you implying I dont train hard enough? The fact is that workout was the first workout where I have done fives in 18 months so anything would have been a pb.
