260x1 suited pb managed to get down a bit faster than the last 2 attempts so avoided the feeling of my head about to fly off like a champagne cork

trained today got rained off thou might try and finish the workout when i get in, in the morning but tis very doubtful
axle deadlift stood on 1 and a half inch plate(colour=bands doubled over)

136+purple and red xf went off balance and the plates could hold the tension so they flew off so i got rid off the purple(f**k knows how much tension that was giving but was a lot)
