Back at the Farm tonight, I've not really been training properly for some time however I've now got 4 full weeks in the UK so i'll be trying to get back on it.
No plans to compete this year though but I will be refereeing whenever possible.
Weighed in at 118.75kg, still much to fat!

Easing back into it slowly, all over deep as usual, happy to say that there were no real problems.

Overcoming the osteo-arthritus by benching close grip, happy to say it is relatively pain free but at the expense of some kilos on the bar.

These hurt and were disappointingly hard, that said they were my first deadlifts since October 16th, nearly 12 weeks!

Weighed in at 119.05kg. Hmmmm, a little heavier than i expected.

Bad night at the gym. I'm putting it down to having suffered all day with a dose of the Eartha's.
