I am puzzled as to why you can't bench 200.

Basically an oly lifter in terms of overhead to bench ratios.

I like the way he made changes to his bench because he felt it wasn't working and then went for a PB a few days later. Happy

You're right Sam on the ratio but the 155 strict press makes it so weird.

Chris good point and I shouldnt have done but if you saw the speed of the 180 you would realise why

what makes u so good?
consistency?

how u recover on 2 sessions daily food only?
how u come up year after year stronger withouth gaining serious bodyweight

were u strong presser when u began?

these questions are pure curiosity
not even a hint of drug ussage

I never go through periods of not training like a lot of guys so that's probably a big reason

I seem to be gaining a decent bit of muscle mass each year but I know what you mean. I'm not sure really

Nope. Terrible, when I turned 17 my best log was 85x2 and I could barely strict 60kg
