Deadlifts were ugly as f**k, felt everything rounding. Squat moved well, bench moved well.

This will be the last of my 2x per week training. Had a cold over the last week too, which hasn't helped. I feel unhealthy and out of breath from not training four time a week.

Dips - 3x10 - 90 secs rest

Pushdowns sset w/ side raises 3x15 - 60 secs rest.

Cross trainer - 15 mins steady
