Not sure if I've touched 160 stiff leg before Pull-ups 3x5 DB rows 3x10 Got through it. 3/4hrs sleep and a pretty rough hangover to match. Cooled down too much for my top set giving someone bench advice/spotting but got it done. | ||

As my back was pretty tired and got heavy squat next session, I just messed around. Did some muscle snatches, horrific technique lol. Upto 60kg. | ||

So the cycles start again. 8 weeks on RSMR and 7 weeks Ed Coan deadlift program. | ||
