Got through it. 3/4hrs sleep and a pretty rough hangover to match. Cooled down too much for my top set giving someone bench advice/spotting but got it done.

Bench to commands
1x130kg
Hurt elbow, couldn't bench 70kg without pain. Need to lay off going over 120kg now.

As my back was pretty tired and got heavy squat next session, I just messed around.

Did some muscle snatches, horrific technique lol.

Upto 60kg.

First bit of cardio I've done in forever. Felt pretty comfortable, cruised until last 500m. Sub 7 would be a nice aim.

I was going to test squat this week and deadlift next week, but think it's best to get a proper training cycle I'm for July comp.

So the cycles start again. 8 weeks on RSMR and 7 weeks Ed Coan deadlift program.
