Treadmill warm up Deadlift 10x60kg 3x100kg 2x140kg 1x160kg Belt on 1x180kg 2x190kg - was after 5, very disappointed. Squats Barxplenty 5x60kg 3x100kg Belt on 1x130kg 3x3x145kg rep PB Wasnt feeling that confident with them, weren't the best reps tbh but got what I wanted. Leg press 5x10 worked up to 280kg weight 3x15 calf raise machine Quick bench to get rid of some DOMS, 5 min session Plentyx40kg 5x60kg 5x80kg 5x100kg Good bench considering it was quick at the end of a session. | ||

Was going for 3x3. Strict press 10xbar 5x40kg Belt on 3x8x60kg rep PB. 2x70kg push press, felt heavy. Left it there. BW Dips superset with 10kg db lat raises 3x10 - shoulder pump!! Good solid workout bar missing the one rep on bench. | ||

Thought I'd attempt a second set of ten but my legs were just jelly, so left it at the 5. Quads are feeling it today! Was a good set. | ||

When I used to play football more seriously and run a fair bit as well as lifting, I was still ruined by high reps. Think its a different sort of fitness required. | ||

Wanted to push the 50s. Incline db bench 10x20kg 5x30kg 5x42kg 4x46kg 4x50kg 10 lengths in the pool. | ||

I take this weight for a single and you can clearly hear me yelling "LEAVE IT!" as the spotter gets involved a bit too soon. He still didn't leave it though. Fool. | ||
