BW dips superset with 8kg db lat raises 3x10. Missed last two dips.

Very strong workout, happy!

Cheers mate, happy with how my benching is going for once. Think I'll have a deload next week. Been going for PBs every session last few weeks. Think it's taking its toll on me!

Held on to the 170s at the end for some time. They're also cheap rep PBs. First time using chalk too, felt nice and grippy. I reckon I could have a set of 10 in me.

6 close grip pull ups, should've done them before deads, had no energy to do more.

Relatively comfortable, in trainers not oly shoes which makes a change. Very short rest periods

Barbell curls 3x10x35kg

EZ bar curls 5kg a side
2x25 every fifth rep hold it halfway for 5 seconds. Good burn.

Was training with a bit of a hangover, good to get the deadlifts in but felt absolutely f**ked after. Found a bit of energy somehow, was a good workout.

Very good workout. Especially as I wasn't feeling full recovered from my pull session Saturday. Hitting PBs every session with my bench!! Happy boy Happy working up to a 130 for this year. Hopefully November.

Gonna drop the weight back down and work on form. Was a very rough rep but a PB is a PB.

One of the personal trainers wanted to work in with a client, apparently me saying I'm not sure how many sets I had left, wasn't an acceptable answer, when he asked. So he demanded to work in rudely. He then moved my bar and took a clip, then didnt move it back when it was my set. Silly bas***d got roid rage and wanted to deal with it outside, f**king idiot. Calmed him down and then he wanted to be my friend and give me advice.

Cheers guys! I'm impressed myself I managed to grind it out. Shame I missed it first time and my mate hasn't really spotted me before squatting, so I'll let him off for failing to spot me as I didn't kill myself lol.

Worked up to 170x4, they all felt heavy, couldn't move 190 FML

Wore converse for the whole workout, the squats felt ok with them tbh.
Was trying to focus on keeping form tight, played around with stance a little.
