Not sure if ever done more than that weight, might be 1x180 but can't be sure. First set DOH, 3rd set no belt. s**t bar so pretty pleased. BOR 3x10x100kg SLDL T&G 90 secs rest 3x5x130kg Close grip pull-downs - 60 secs rest 3x10 3x15 | ||
