5x3x170kg - 90 secs rest 3x170 DOH is a PB. Not sure if ever done more than that weight, might be 1x180 but can't be sure.

First set DOH, 3rd set no belt.

That's probably a 5x5 PB, every 4th and 5th rep was a good morning. First time I've gone over 160kg in like 2 months. I'll take that.

Grip just outside the rings, un racking the bar from a lower height. Elbows feel healthy like this.

Went to do back off sets, elbow hurt. Left it.
