Quick run down of what I've been doing.

Jan/Feb was poor for training. Had things going on in my life, barely going twice a week.

Back into it March; weight up somewhere around 119kg.

As of today weighing 115kg, cutting for Thailand in July. Calories down to 2500 which is hard, 10 mins HIIT cardio end of each weight session.

This year I've left low bar alone for elbow health, squatted a comfy 210kg high bar which is a PB, bench 140kg in the gym, pulled 230kg last Saturday. Hoping for more this Saturday. See where training takes me.

Not too focused on the weights this minute, focus is continue weight loss until I'm at a healthier weight. Then worry about the numbers I'm lifting.

105kg weight class would be nice, then build the strength back up. Hoping it won't be too difficult to get down to that weight. I haven't been that weight for a good 5 years, before I started weight training properly.
