met mary anderson and had a try in one of her squat suits

95/135/185/225 x 5
wraps on
275/5 315/3 (this weight is easy now)
suit bottoms on
315/2
wraps up 365/f - couldnt get low enough, barely quarter squat, suit felt good and acording to mary fitted really well. decided problem was it was too advanced a suit for a first attemp, which makes sense, in at deep end at all. shes going to have a rummage round for an old one for me. bless her

deads, 225x5x2 275x5 315x5 365x3 385x1 405x1 all fast, 435/f (bit of a pipe moment for to try for a pb)

inlince abs, +40/15 +60/10 +70/10 +80/7

Random sets of chins /5x6 when I had urge

Happy with squats old pb was for 5 reps in 75 secs so sets of 4 is alright by me. Form was better on fro ts untill the 235 attempt

Bench 210/4x3 felt solid. Last few weeks been crap but this felt better

Conv only 315/4 365/4x3 (was Meant to be 375 but miss counted. What's 10poumds between friends)

15" rack pull 365/2x2 385/2x2 405/2
19" pull 405/2 425/1 started to get slow so called it a day here

Bulgiarian split squat each leg. Bw/15 60/10x3

Weighted decline crunch 50/15 65/10x4

Decline twist. 4k med ball/20x3

My parents are up so yesterday 3 hour walk round loch lomond and today rather than the unit played withy sandbag outside housefor half an hour or so

1 arm snatch with 15k to warm up
Clean and press up to 55k. Clean ok but hard trying to press just cause it's a big lump and im not used to it
Shouldering at 60
30m runs with 60 and 75
Tried shouldering 75 but could only load to a wall. Couldn't figure it out

Old pb with wraps was when I played and got 335/1 so happy with 3x3

Up to 130 I just grin and bear it. Over it I put a Swiss ball behind my lower back and face away from rope. You do get a tiny bit of 'bounce' but I try to be as strict as possible and just think of my ribs getting close to my pelvis. Not getting my head Down

Deads 385/3x3 these felt like a warm up and not 90%1rm

Trap deads at 16" 510/1pb wraps on 550/1pb

Atg narrow squats in smith 135/10x3

Didn't feel like I'd done enough upper back on bench day so did a bit more quickly before end

C/s row 6 sets of 8

Wide pull down 3 sets of 10
