Been away on business for a few days. Just moved to a different hotel and this one has a gym, so going to do what I can while I'm here. It might be three or four weeks. The weights are old and rusty and I'm not sure how heavy anything is.

Wow... So different from anything i've done before. Should be fun to train this way for the next 4 weeks, 6 days per week.
