Still felt fresh and was supposed to do accessories but skipped them. They were playing really annoying music in the gym and I wanted to go home.

Some pull ups, tricep work.

Everything feeling really easy at the moment. May up my 1RM in the spreadsheet in a couple of weeks if this trend continues (original numbers were conservative as haven't tested maxes for a long time)

Dumbbell shoulder press 24kg/side 6,6,5

All really easy again apart from shoulder popping out a bit at the end, curtailing the shoulder press! (Old rugby injury)

This was tough in terms of conditioning. Basically 3 full deadlifts and 9 Romanian deadlifts per set.
