Yeah still doing Sheiko, but a bit more modified than last time. I've tried to adapt it, learning from the last cycle. We'll see how it goes. Deadlift... 225ish will be there in a few weeks as long as I don't get injured again! Still trying to build confidence with heavier weights. | ||
