Great journal, similar to me in terms of strength.

Saw your post about deadlift tips, my deadlift isn't great and I always struggle breaking plateaus.

I usually do one big set so 200 for 5 and that's it but I have found doing a bit more volume to be more effective at times. Like 180 for 3 sets of 5. Probably squatting everyday dosnt help me either.

Been training off and on for most of this year due to work.

Just had a solid three weeks of training and got 140kg on bench. Happy with that.

Yeah I agree about the been just in bit and that you should leave no doubt.

I have never trained consistently but what I have noticed is my depth as dropped out as the years have gone on, flexibility maybe. Going from this

Tbh I am pretty annoyed at how high they looked. I usually sink them pretty deep in comparison.
