I feel detrained, not "fresh". I'm sure I was stronger a few weeks ago. Squat 100 x 1 110 x 1 120 x 1 130 x 1 140 x 1 150 x 1 -- PB! A real grinder. Also start doing farmers. Squat 105 x 3 x 8 sets ...Doing more volume this cycle. Bench 90 x 3 x 6 sets Good Mornings 60 x 5 x 2 sets I've always hated GMs, but Sheiko seems to love them so I'm going to try to do light ones every session this cycle, to learn the movement. Upright Rows 40 x 5 x 4 sets ...Just an experiment. Not sure about these. Pull Ups bw x 5 x 3 sets | ||
