Awesoem stuff Johnny and I assume the front squats were wide stanced, wraps, belt, suit, brief, hoist, anti-gravity helmet, Savage mind controlled and dpeth challenged?

LOL not really John. As I get leaner it just gives me a thirst to get even leaner still! I reckon I'd need to be 85kg to be properly ripped, which probably wouldn't be all that great a look as I'd be ridiculously skinny.

Incline DB press
32.5kg x 8
45kg x 15

Seated DB press
25kg x 8
35kg x 12

Apart from the jerks, which were just a bit off, it was a decent session considering my emanciated state!
