Hahaha, I wanted to get close to 250 by the end of this training cycle, but had no idea it would be now. I haven't pulled over 200 in about 2/3 months!! Not even moved on to the heavy intensification cycle of training yet but bang!!

Cheers man. Training hard and eating better pays off!! Still got someway to catch up to your monsterous squat!! I should break the 600kg total and 600lb deadlift by January!!

That 250 flew up! Would take advantage of being on form right now and try some heavier weights.
