Was a good session, shame i spent so much time f**king up that stone that i drained myself before moving up, was easy once I got to depth. Farmers and deadlift are my favourite, could have gone up again, but didn't wanna push the farmers too hard this weekend. NExt week i'm going massive. 130+ WILL MOVE FAST | ||
