hahahaha. my deadlift is the only lift I'm happy with. Non of my events are going well either. GOing to be a hard comp in 28 days!

Cheers for having me mate, i forgot to give you some dollars/donuts aswell, i apologise. Was a good session, shame i spent so much time f**king up that stone that i drained myself before moving up, was easy once I got to depth.
Farmers and deadlift are my favourite, could have gone up again, but didn't wanna push the farmers too hard this weekend. NExt week i'm going massive. 130+ WILL MOVE FAST

Not trained since sunday, which was a decent session. Been on a residential for teaching this week so under eaten sadly and not had gym access and spent 10 hours in lectures sat cramped all day, so today was poor.
