Axle clean and press 6 @ 25kg 5 @ 45kg 1 @ 65kg 1 @ 75kg 1 @ 85kg (equal PB overhead) 1 @ 90kg PB F @ 95, clean was there though/ Bench 8 @ 20kg 5 @ 70kg 3 @ 80kg 1 @ 90kg 1 @ 100kg 1 @ 106kg 1 @ 111kg PB 5 @ 80kg 5 @ 90kg 2 @ 100kg - 3rd rep is coming! Squats 6 @ 25kg 6 @ 65kg 2 @ 115kg already feeling heavy!!! Belt on 1 @ 130kg 1 @ 140kg 1 @ 150kg 1 @ 157.5kg 1 @ 162.5kg PB (long over due haha) Atlas stones 76kg few reps Lapped 110kg (week or two, or if i was fresh could have been mine) FOOOOD! I've cut my calories back and I am cleaning the diet up a bit, with the intention of clean bulking back up after a month or so. Psychologically feeling weaker as a result, or that I am living on eggs, tuna, chicken, veg, oats, shakes and water. For the next couple of weeks I'm not going for any Low rep training other than events day, give my body chance to adapt to calories etc, then we'll come back and hopefully make that 500kg total before my 21st, and hopefully at a leaner 80kg! Strict OHP 10 @ 20kg 8 @ 40kg 8 @ 40kg (feeling heavy, needed to sort my head out) 3 @ 60kg 8 @ 45kg 8 @ 45kg 8 @ 45kg - pretty easy by the end tbh. Close Grip Bench Press 10 @ 60kg 5 @ 80kg Paused 4 @ 90kg 9 @ 70kg paused 10 @ 70kg - paused last 2 reps 16 @ 60kg - alternate pause reps DB Shoulder press seated 7 @ 22kg 8 @ 22kg 10 @ 22kg 8 @ 22kg - close grip took this out of me, no records here haha Rear delt flys S/S w Upright EX rows S/S w Rotator cuffs 3 sets - 10reps, 8 reps, 10 reps respectively Facepulls 4 sets can't remember weights Abs Cruches, Kettle bell twists, decline weighted (15kg for 15 reps a set) sit ups. Working on strengthing in the core up a bit. No cardio today, but I did some yesterday and Monday. All in all, an ok session, but calories down and all it's a bit depressing not hitting big numbers haha. | ||
