Go for it. Expecting Big things. Got 6-8 weeks to get my pausie up to form. About the same amount of time I've actually set to hit a 140 front. That will be fun! haha

Happy with this session, could have probably gone heavier on fronties, but its first time i've done 5x5 on them so wanted to play safe. Bench is well on its way up, 5RM PB has been equaled today, the big 5 @ 100kg is definitely do able!!

Fronties look a lot better.

Personally i'd do them beltless but i have no real logic behind this decision.

I went beltless upto 85kg but i've pulled my back squatting and deadlifting soooo many times I don't like to risk it on my working sets. Don't get me wrong at 100kg I could easy do it, and have before, but with the volume if i get a rep wrong i wanna be safe. Plus in a comp I will always have a belt on, so seems no reason not too Happy

Cheers tho, be a while before I get upto your standard

I meant you're going to catch my squats at this rate.

I'm going for 140 for 5*5 beltless tomorrow though so that should give me some solid gains.

Surely you could ask for an early birthday pressie from someone? Or your gym doesn't have a belt? Or do some beltless squats for dem core gains?

Ahhh fair enough, yeah you best, i'm hunting you down.
That's a respectable weight, could get a set or two but don't think i've got 5x5 yet. Best plan i've worked too! Might do a bit of beltless. Asked about early gift but cause they are fairly pricey i've been declined. Ok borrowing a decent one for now Happy Nah my gym doesn't sadly

So, today was deadlift focus, but i'm only going to post my deadlifts (if you can call them that) to make a b**ch of myself so it doesn't happen again!
No idea what was going on. Warmed up, went s**t, dropped weight down, worked back up but even though i wasn't feeling any pain my form was getting GASH so i called it a day, before moving on to a 15kg PB on front squats (with pause).
