Prone Leg curl 10 @ 27kg 10 @ 50kg 8 @ 50kg 8 @ 50kg Dropset starting at 50kg Calves are embarrassingly small really need work haha Smith Machine Standing calf 10 @ 15kg per side 3 x 10 @ 20kg per side 2 x 10 @ 30kg per side 8 @ 30kg per side Seated Calf 4 x 8 @ 42kg Single Leg extensions 8 @ 25kg 8 @ 45kg 52kg Dropset Happy with the PB, but backs sore (bas***d DOMS) and calves are so small :P.
