After 29 years I know now that there is still more that I can achive.

Im looking at this as my first 6 months of proper scientific training, and view myself as a beginner that will peak in a year or twoWink

First DLo session, took 35 minites:

Axel bar squat:

112k x 5

Romainian deadlifts tempo 3.1.1
100k x 5
120 x 5
120k x 5 all done belt/strapless


Prowler low push 20m:
125.5k supersetted with Bulgarian split squats at 50k 5 on each leg. After 3 sets I was once again,,,ruinned

Hypers
bw x 5 x 2 sets.

Standing pallof press x 2 sets: tempo 3:2:2
