Should be a great crew at IS on Saturday if you are interested, gutted I can't go actually.

What are your plans this year? Top 3 at a novice comp? Haven't really heard of any Scottish comps on the calendar yet?

Next week or week after I think I will get over, was speaking to Hunter the other day and he was telling me all about the grip stuff everybody has been getting into recently. Sounds great fun! Not seen any comps yet but I keep checking the forum for any new ones. Main aim is really keep progressing and get stronger, more comps if possible but really just get big 3 and ohp up as much as possible. Are you still snowed under at work or managing a bit more free time to train?

At the chest, me and my brother joined in with nick and mark doing them. I brought my sleeves with me but didn't use them. I am s**t and standing strict, my lower back feels like crap after any standing pressing! How's your hip now after hurting at Christmas?
