Currently training at the CSE in Edinburgh and on occasion back home in Kirkcaldy at Templehall. Goals are to get stronger and keep progressing in strongman. Best lifts are 180 Squat 120 Bench and 220 Deadlift. Changed my training 7 weeks ago to Westside and sofar progress has been steady! Ill post the last few sessions shortly. | ||

Tyre flip 300kg * 2 flips hard on the gravel but tech just a bit poor Loading medley 80kg 100keg and 100sack into 120sack 140keg - got 1st keg easy but couldn't get tech for the sandbag even from doing it before RAGING Duck walk 160 into arm over arm 250, dropped duck but recovered then arm over arm was good but just not fast enough Came last, 2 boys pulled out. Absolutely raging at myself at the pressing and the sand bag. Deadlift was poor to start. Tyre just needs practice and a better surface. | ||
