I don't agree at all with that plan

do you normal work then do back of deficit or bands

lats tighter still

and upper back every day

Sorry that made sense in my head not on paper. Normal rep work then back off using either deficit or bands. Iv planned 5 week waves for pulls so makes sense to run with one then cycle next wave.

PB!!!!! Very pleased with bench of late, now it's time to cut back a bit and get some reps in. Need something else on this day, getting a bit bored of flys and then laterals-dont want to unnecessarily batter my shoulders. More lat and bicep too. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys, think i will martin, something like what neil said - bench, dip then rows. Ohp ill keep seperate, a wee tweak there too I think. Roll on 130 bench!

3 sessions a week, if days off inbetween were there I'd do 4. Never see my mrs otherwise! 4 sessions over 3 days drew.

Deadlift 172.5 *6,6 2nd set s**tty but went no bother
Deads vs green short bands 120*3,3,3
Standing abs 36*15 41*12 45*8 36*20
Some pulldowns

Took too long inbetween sets, used straps with pulls against bands a couple of calluses felt like they might pop. Where did an hour and 45 go haha!
