Squat beltless to 140*1 add belt 150*1 160*3,3,3,3 should have been 4s but felt form would go to piss otherwise. Happy with the reps all felt easy and better positions

Squat 120/30/40/50 beltless, add belt 160*1 170*2,2,4 PB right calf giving me jip, tight as f**k so trying to loosen off the whole time. Please with the reps and videos too
