Neoprene knee sleeves are as the name suggests, sleeves


nothing against wearing them. But it's not raw dog. It's sleeves. I only ever really squat in sleeves now a days

Db ohp 24*3 32*3 38*3 42*1 PB (boy that was handing db on his earphones got wrapped on the db so had to put it down after one, felt very strong not sure about more reps tho!) 24*15,15
Green band Chins *6,6,1 elbows feel like s**t again
Band pushdowns *100
Ez Cable curl 25*15,15

Elbows were balls from the off, loads of heat cream on to start but not much difference. Need to do more curls to get some blood flowing and make my 'ceps stronger so they done take a pounding every session!

Nobody gives extra gold stars for cleaning them Grin 38s I can manage no bother but longer than that is tough!

If found the high inc bench works well for shoulders because its such a high incline, the plan was another week of that then either back to strict press or seated again for next cycle. Doing inc db press (the shallow bench) or even db bench clean into position is easy its just overhead that's tough!

Your second set was better. Keep those lats tight

2 variants that might help are deficit or vs bands. Someone better than me would be better to suggest

I think cycles of both, 3 weeks of each and more rows. Agreed 2nd set was better once lats were tighter.
