Negative, belt and neoprenes. Beltless for 1 absolutely but not sure about how many reps. Think Ali's band hip/groin/hamstring stretch will get me some more mobility and keep a bit more upright - felt like hell doing it so must be good for me! Bench PB the other day has given me loads more confidence.

Neoprene is no sleeves! Don't get no kg's from having toastie knees pal, not had my double ply ones on for ages either wtf is happening to me?!

Need to stop chasing 100*3 on the press and get more work done with 90 or so. Not done French press for a while and triceps were battered from the reps, very short rest periods with the assistance-my brother went set about just changing weight was only rest time.

Preacher curl 10*15/arm

Need something better at the start, speed squats were fun but need more bang for my buck. Meby fronties with the ssb would do the trick. All pulls felt good and strong, need a bit more volume. Wish the CSE had a shrug frame like Templehall and Fitness Factor!

f**king dancer sums today's benching up! Felt strong and explosive very very happy with reps at 120! Not sure where to go next though, back down and get reps perhaps or ride the wave and keep pushing on.
