I can do all the reps in one to but just now for the sake of not encouraging the hitch when I feel like I am going to I just stop reset and go again. Clean only! 220 was a hitched max, 210 was a small hitch but still there. Don't want to just develop the hitch and not my actual pull. Ali said its a prog he's used over and over so far so good! | ||
