PROGRESS!!!!!! Squatting with a narrower stance than normal, still lowish bar position and hands much closer (Russian style) much more upright throughout and must be getting my hips under the bar more because there's much more power from that position. Not used wraps in ages next time 170 for reps. Very pleased!

Got a hand off on last set and got all kinds of angry. First 5 were a doddle, 6th slow but no spot required very happy!

Limited time today so got the main lift done and out of there.
