Add knee wraps 160*5 easy PB I think wraps off 140*6 Hanging knee raise *10,10,10 GHR *10,10,10 PROGRESS!!!!!! Squatting with a narrower stance than normal, still lowish bar position and hands much closer (Russian style) much more upright throughout and must be getting my hips under the bar more because there's much more power from that position. Not used wraps in ages next time 170 for reps. Very pleased! | ||
