Repping out on squats (531) definitely improves my squat strength quickly not just for triples just in general.

Not sure where I'm upto with the 531 at the moment but I think my max is set at around 185-190.

Gotta wait until the gym gets all the new equipment delivered. They said mid January so will try and do what I can for now.

A good session Andy. I enjoyed it tonight.

Your pulls were strong (don't forget they were 15" tonight).

You also did a 110 power clean in there.

Cleans looked very strong - the speed on everything up to 130 was crazy fast.

Cheers James, I enjoyed it too.

I'm really happy with the speed of the cleans out of the hole.

I'm confident that my lifts will go up a lot when training them full time Happy

Looking really good there mate. You look really strong at those weights. Think maybe the squatting and deadlifting is working, be interested to see what happens when you do get to train the lifts more often.

So here's the plan for when I start the lifts full time Happy I keep tweaking it but I think it's close.

Edit - need to change the clean weight on week 6 so that I hit a 140 clean at least. Also to swap deadlift with front squats.
