Not sure where I'm upto with the 531 at the moment but I think my max is set at around 185-190. | ||

Your pulls were strong (don't forget they were 15" tonight). You also did a 110 power clean in there. Cleans looked very strong - the speed on everything up to 130 was crazy fast. | ||

Also to swap deadlift with front squats. | ||
