Neil - I am the king of suits, my bag is like aladdins cave! No PL plans any time soon but it is something I'd like to try in the future. Wanted to put some more weight on my back so geared up for fun.

Martin - yep CSE one and was off the floor, didn't realise what was on the bar til the end then counted back.

Push press 70*6 nope bicep and lower back are out the game today

Need to do something about this left elbow/bicep, lower back was a bit sore from Mondays squat and pull but can't keep progressing with a bum elbow!

Deadlift 167.5*6,6 all clean, pleased with these
Ssb GM 70*10,10
Neck harness 5*15 10*10

Missed it on fri, biceps were f**ked from curls on wed. Wtf was I thinking 50 reps sets, won't do that again in a hurry! Ssb was used for speed squats to take pressure of the 'ceps and worked well. Parking ticket ran out so no abs.

I would suggest that if you are doing a programme and can't do the prescribed reps in a oner, then the weight is too heavy. A triple plus 2 singles is not the same as 5

Same as if you were hitching it would be too heavy

Iv had a hitch for ages and just trying to get rid of it. Idea is if I feel like I am going to hitch, dont attempt the rep pause/re chalk and go again, clean reps only!
