90kg 5 reps
100kg 4 reps
110kg 3 reps
push press 120kg 3 reps
push press 130kg failed the clean, mind not there
push press 100kg 12 reps

yoke

160kg 40 metres
240kg 20 metres
300kg 15 metres
240kg 20 metres

hip f**king killing, really painful after thinking it had gone.

bench press

100kg 6 reps
140kg 5 reps
180kg 3 reps, 4th rep touched

trying to focus on that now shawn. looking back on previous lifts i was doing s**t at top of lift, not locking out properly and not holding it very long

3 minute bike warm up, 1 set leg extension and 1 set leg curls, little hamstring stretch

SQUAT

raw 60 10 reps
raw 100 8 reps
raw 140 5 reps
raw 180 5 reps
belt & knee wraps 220 5 reps
belt & knee wraps 240 2 reps, 3rd rep touched
raw 180kg 7 reps

Leg press, light belt on every set

6 plates aside 10 reps
8 plates aside 8 reps
9 plates aside 5 reps

front squat

raw 60 10 reps
raw 80 8 reps
2 belts 140 1 rep
2 belts 180 1 rep
belt only 140 3 reps

farmers holds

110 per side 50 seconds
150 per side 32 seconds
170 per side atleast 10 seconds
190 per side, failed pick up

standing calf raises

loads of reps sets, bounced and strict
