have you every just lifted as i think you concentrating on the actuall lift to much!1 if you know what i mean and i dont mean any offence bay saying that.

You're right, i take a pre workout on deadlift days and it can 'over excite' me which makes me lose my ability to be controlled, so i lift more but form usually goes to s**t. will work on it as of next month

you have the same problem as Davy over thinking it when you already have good form (him being squats) i think if you didnt over think and just lifted you would of had your double either TNG of deadstop and go plenty plenty strength there.

True neil i always get intimidated trying new weights, when iv done it once it seems much easier the next time
