mark does have a chest thats makes us wonder ????????????

the message is from jo, co owner of the gym me and mark train in, this is going to be her first comp so any other ladies out there training for this, some tips or a rough idea of what sort of level she needs to be at would help please !

thanks will have another go next week, as the mold opened slightly when i put the mix in, need stronger tape ! will try your mix advice ! cheers ! if i use the 10-13mm gravel do i still mix it 2 parts to 1 part cement ? thanks !

i made my 1st stone today, used 2 patrs sand 1 part cement and added a 100g bag of cement fibres to the mix for strength ? any tips stoneman ?
