Watched your pwr snatch vid a couple of time only. 1) pull isnt finished, try to bring the bar higher than that. 2) dont use your arms so much in the begining, think of them as a pair of chains. 3) you're dropping rather fast which is a good thing, yet you'll have problem doing so in the future with heavier weights unless you readress that pull. First pull the bar takes off, control your speed. Second pull is passed the knees, thats where you 'explode', the speed is at its highest. The third is a shrug, using a lot of traps and arms bent. Remember to bring the bar high and i cant see why you wouldnt progress | ||
