Ed, they are a bent row but with your upper body slightly more upright, pulled to the lower abs.

And with underhand grip I think? That's how I've been doing them anyway, but my form on all types of rows is legendarily crap.. I even created the "Frog Row" when I trained at Sugden.

Cheers Jon, just got some work in, not really got a plan at the minute. Work is busy busy, try to keep the weekends free though!!

Well Yates did them underhand until he tore his bicep and then he switched to overhand. I much prefer them overhand.

It's not quite Venice Beach Grin Yea eating less and increasing activity is the plan, went massively off the rails this weekend though... the food and drink festival was in town so we had all sorts of weird and wonderful things to try.

17th May, The Cellar

Close Grips
20 x 10 x 2
40 x 5
55 x 5
70 x 1
80 x 10

Yates Row
20 x 10
40 x 10
50 x 10
55 x 10

... then a 2 mile run, brutal.

I've never donned that singlet since lending it to Hayden... I'm pretty sure he returned in unwashed the cheeky sod.

Those outer glute injuries are still not 100%, maybe about 97.25%, but I wouldn't call them niggles, as long as I don't do anything stupid I don't notice them. The groins are same old, same old ... I will maybe look into some physio in a few months, the dentist has had enough money off me this month though... I knew those cream cakes were bad!!

19th May, Southport

Run/Sprints down two long roads then a jog back. Used a series of lamp-posts to sprint, sprinted half way between them then jogged the rest. Felt like spewing numerous times.

20th May, The Cellar

Close Grips
20 x 10 x 2
40 x 5
55 x 5
70 x 5
80 x 11 PB
70 x 8

... Then some stuff with empty bar. Will do some deads tomorrow, legs too fried today.
