f**k it, i'm too obsessed with it to keep it quiet!

Watched your pwr snatch vid a couple of time only.

1) pull isnt finished, try to bring the bar higher than that.
2) dont use your arms so much in the begining, think of them as a pair of chains.
3) you're dropping rather fast which is a good thing, yet you'll have problem doing so in the future with heavier weights unless you readress that pull.

First pull the bar takes off, control your speed. Second pull is passed the knees, thats where you 'explode', the speed is at its highest. The third is a shrug, using a lot of traps and arms bent.

Remember to bring the bar high and i cant see why you wouldnt progressWink

Whats all this A1, A2 B2, C3 bollox about?Confused
AvatarRob
It's a superset or circuit whatever you fancy calling it...

so I would do a set of A1) Bench Press then immediately do A2) Bent Over Row... then rest for a bit and do my next set on them both.

The more numbers the bigger the circuit!

Alan knew what I was upto, although it might have been the sound of my lungs about to collapse that gave it away Embarassed

OK. I can let that go, but whats all this 23 rep s**te? You know as well as anyone it's 1,2,3,5,10's. 20's are just daft, but 23's??? Is it because it's a prime number or something?Unhappy Confused
AvatarRob
lol Grin Truth be told they were supposed to be 25s but lactic acid got the better of me.
Avatarlittle_a
