Thanks man Happy
Yeah the hillsprints absolutely beat the s**t outta me. That's why I do them though haha.

Pool stuff
Had a half hour float around in the pool today. Did some stretching, some mobilization, breath holding etc. Nothin' strenuous at all. I was just keeping the old bones and muscles moving. I'm feeling a bit better today all in. I still have the cold and the asthma bothers me a little bit, but I'm on the mend now. I'm gonna have a large climbing session on Friday to see how this extra back and grip strength will work out for me. I'm looking very forward to it Happy

Video
I made this video quite a while back when my asthma and sketchy ticker had just finished beating the piss out of me every day. August the 11th before I resumed lifting for one week around the beginning of September? I wasn't healed right and then had to put training off until the end of September/start of October.
Anyways, here's the video of my hillsprint hill. Happy

I did hill sprints once.
Enjoyed them so much i thought it would ruin the memory to do them again.

I think that hillsprints on any hill is bad enough to induce faintness and vomiting...well...at least for me it is. In fact, I should probably see a doctor before doing them again lol. Everyone probably should. Either that or we should all just stop doing them haha.

What a charming hill video and a simply delightful little dog! I think it'd probably kill me trying to walk, never mind run up that hill though.
AvatarWiegieboard
4 hours of climbing.
f**king good s**t right there!
Nothing else to report.

That looks like it'd seriously take your breath away without needing to carry a sandbag up it!

Hi guys Happy
Yeah that hill is a f**king heart attack waiting to happen for me. Every time I run the bas***d I feel really really ill for around an hour or two afterwards. It's worth it though when doing sprints against people who feel that someone with a belly can't run for s**t and it also gives me a mean finish on my longer runs. I've always been able to outdrive people at the end who can normally outpace me throughout a whole run.

As for the death of my baby. We live in a discriminatory society which persecutes both the beard and the wearer of the beard. The closed minded and largely uneducated general public either think "pedo" or "terrorist" about a dude with a beard nowadays because Bella magazine (for those who can read) or Jeremy Kyle (for those who are incapable) runs hand picked stories on made up stereotyping surrounding the valiant and robust facial adornment. I'm looking for a full time job just now and as a result, have to keep my face like that of a boy if I want to get anywhere. When I've secured full time employment. My facial forest shall once again grow free of the restrictions of idiocy.

Ok so I'm now rested and into the general fitness phase of my training which more heavily incorporates the use of cardio and higher rep. lifting.
Tuesdays are my Strength day and will be a little more interesting from here on in in my opinion.
For the next while, my lifting shall be a set of six followed by a ramp up to 90% or 95% of my 1RM.

FULL SESSION IN VIDEO
SQUATS
1 set of 6 reps with 110kg (Form could have been better)
Single with 125KG (One of my more beautiful squats to date)
Single with 135kg or 90%1RM (Felt quite slow to me)

RETURN OF THE BENCH
1 set of 6 reps with 80kg (Shoulderblade position was slightly off)
Setup talk through with Bryan x 1
1 single with 90kg (Felt light)
1 single with 95kg (Felt light)

LOG CLEANS(From Blammo)
1 set of 3 reps with 70kg log
1 set of 3 reps with log+5kg
1 Single with log+10kg
1 Fail with log+20kg

CONCLUSION
Today felt ok. Squats I need to sit back with and drive with the legs EVERY rep.
Bench felt fine after my talk with Bryan about my setup. Watch this space for new PBs soon.
Log was cool. Blasted through it. I'm gonna clean the log+20kg soon. All hints and tips are appreciated guys.

A VIDEO THAT WILL MAKE YOU JACK OFF AT HOW SEXY I AM
