Inconsistent advice from gym owners. They can be quite specific about "Not rolling the f**king Atlas stone in the medley" but can't tell you whether it was 5,000 brown or 5,000 black rats that pissed over the crucifix railway sleepers.

You can't get the staff these days.

Anyway it dosn't f**k me off as long as it dosn;t hold me of.

The only thing that anoys me is rudeness and lack of respect for others and kit. So not putting away kit and dropping s**t that dosn't need to be dropped...

.... and seeing as no one in my gym knows an oly lift from a tricep kickback then nothing needs to be dropped!

theres a reason I train in a s**thole gym with minimal equipment to avoid these t**ts but time after time they rock up looking like the missing members of JLS or some other generic pop star fag pumped full of no explode ready to unleash hell on there "brutal" set of 21's including forced reps helped along with there spotter facing them looking deep into there eyes shouting things like "all you" and "easy" when this amazing show of strength is over and done with they proceed to update there facebook on there iphone to let the world know they just "beasted the guns" and now for the post workout talk about who they ALMOST! shagged last nite and how insane it was whilst the others crowd round and echo the word LAD! as some form of retarded approval

there's commercial gyms built especially for these malnourished self obsessed t**ts yet they dont f**k off and train there grrrrrrrrr!
