Well it looks like I won't be competing. Something important has come up at home and I don't think I'll be travelling away for a while (no I haven't been shagging around or anything). It's nothing major but it's personal and it's more important than lifting.
I'm pissed off. My weight is just below 120 and I've got two nights hotels booked for the weekend. Unfortunately I booked them at the cheapo rate which doesn't allow for cancellations.

I probably won't be logging in for a while, my heart really isn't in it at the moment.

Just over two weeks to go and this evening I weighed 122.5 kgs. That's with a full stomach so I'm sure that I'd be very close to 120 in a morning if I'd fasted from mid afternoon the previous day. I intend being sub 120 in the evening before comp date though.

Cardio tonight was very good. I decided to push it a bit and spent 20 mins with a HR circa 135BPM and 20 mins circa 145.

My lifting continues to suck donkey balls.
