Just wondering what music, if any, you listen to while you train.

I've noticed from the EliteFTS logs that many of their athletes listen to metal/rock whereas i tend to prefer music with more bass be it dance, hip-hop or rap.

Thoughts?

Whatever is playing in the gym. To be honest I never ever notice the music thats on during training- and it definetly does not do jack s**t for my "motivation"; but then I'm more intrinsically motivated as a person.

Don't really listen to any music apart from whats on in the gym but i do listen to the start of this before some deadlift attemps.

Disturbed - Fear

Kind of a psycological music-deadlift relationship. Grin

really depends what mood im in

sometimes house, laidback luke does a mix every saturday i normally get it and whack that on.

sometimes im more in the mood for rock, recently listened to bring me the horizon's album suicide season.

dont mind a bit of rap occasionally either!

None whatsoever. Music is for dancing and relaxation not for lifting weights to
