Have not been able to train at all until couple days ago due to constant over work moving our shop. Couple days ago did 90kg x 15 shoulder press an other stuff, today did 282.5kg x 5 below knee dead an some other bits. Its supposed be finished saturday so hopefully next week can get back into some proper training but not sure. Bodyweight is down over a stone, not had time to eat an not been well again due to over work, still not well at moment, hard to eat much.

Ok so been out of action for a while, pretty much not training at all hence the not logging anything. Had some life issues shall we say an also shoulder issues (again). Started back training basically only this last week. Right now all im thinking of is i want to win worlds strongest hands next year an get big and strong again. They have dumbbells to 50kg at pure gym now all solid so essentially inch dumbbells when putting fat gripz on them and cant really do barbell pressing at mo so using smith there. Just did upto two 20kg a side x 15 on incline first pressing session and been using 40-50kg dumbbells with fat gripz for rows and shrugs an that. Pressing again later.

Good to see you back Paul. You've been missed. Are you married yet? Changed jobs?

You can't just say you've been away and now you're back. We need details man. What gives?

Not married. No change in job though job itself has changed a fair bit. No further details.

Well have keep in mind that i basically have not been training bit bodyweight went from a high of 143kg to a low of 124kg, now its back up to 130kg. Strength is definately down a good bit, i struggled with two 20kg on incline press for 15 where as before did upto 54 reps on flat with two 20's but on a barbell which is heavier but if i stick at it an keep injurues off im sure ill be stronger than ever before the years out.

Not depressed no, of course everybody has bad days/patches but id generally be the exact opposite. What i mean is a depressed person tends to think the worsed in everything which is of course not reality, where as my thoughts may not resemble reality either but in an overaly positive way as opposed to in a negative way.
