I think you would need very wide feet for them to be a good fit though. I have had a shot of romaleos and although they are far better shoes than the do wins, just not £100 better. I also think that unless you are an elite weightlifter the difference in performance will be so marginal that you'd barely even notice. | ||

Since breaking my ankles a couple of times my ankle flexibility is rubbish, and they can be very painful. Was thinking about trying this as an option to help with squats and leg drive. A few quid at a cobblers and a stress free life is where it's at. Should be ready for you next day. If you're concerned about how much to put on you could always experiment with heel shaped carpet cut outs on the inside till you know how much you want and what feels comfy. 1/4 - 1/2 inch should make a big difference. | ||
