I'm looking for some new oly shoes. My old ones are really in need of a replacement.

Looking at what's for sale at the moment I cant afford Nike Romaleos and the like.

I've seen some 'Inov8' lifting shoes, which I like the look of, Im not really wanting the 'bowling shoes' type this time around....

Anybody got these, can share experiences? Offer anything else on the market max spend proabably around £80 ish

Thanks

I bought the strength shop lifting shoes at a great price. I have never wore any other to compare, but I am really happy with them.

Which ones?
Also I should have said I didn't want one with wooden heal this time

My exising ones are the old blue strengthshop ones, which started falling apart shortly after buying them

I have been training in a crossfit gym a bit actually....!
They look good but still a bit pricey for me. I suppose you do get what you pay for but it just sounds like a lot of dosh for these top end ones (if that's what they are?!)

Not a big fan of the lifting shoes that don't have a solid heel as I like getting a bit more put on. For an £80 budget I'd opt for these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Adidas-Power-Perfect-2-0-Weight-Lift...

What's the matter with them? They're £70 or so. If they're good enough for the Chinese olympic team....

I have do-wins and especially in a big size they look like clown/bowling shoes but who cares, theyve lasted me over 2 years so far, have not been treated kindly are are still completely fine.

im gonna get lynched by the clown shoe crowd. Grin

I wouldve kept my do wins if I was lifting well with them but I never got on with them. after nearly 20 years I think my feet are moulded into an adidas shape.
