Bench went well and the 190 paused felt really good. The close grip felt good too. Military press the 120 felt quick but when I tried the 140 nothing felt!! Can't argue with that though. Incline and seated military press for a wee while then back to the military.

Cheers Al, the 200 was maybe there but I think if I can get 3 sets of 2 at 190 then I'll move up to 200 or maybe 195.

That's the Thing Dan I kept say 190 felt good but as soon as I felt200 in the hands I bricked it in my head

Starting the RM plan on the squats beltless and belted, I maybe insane doing both together but I'm giving it ago, had a busy day abd haven't trained or eaten proberly all week due to a death in the family so been helping out when I can and when they needed me. So to get through week one session one on both one minimal energy was pleasing. Tried leg press for the first time in years and it felt good maybe a good finisher for me. Tried farmers for the Firestone in 6 months so felt heavy but zero issues.
